1.Selecting A size and image

Please select your desired size and send any photos of the structure. Typically, I prefer to have a few different angles, but like to know your preference on the image.

2.Image Details

Please let me know if you have any adjustments you would like to make to the photo (i.e. added shrubbery, planters, lighting fixtures, etc.) Usually, if the photo includes the detail, that is sufficient, but please feel free to point anything out you would like accented.

3.Payment

Please fulfill full payment within 3 days to secure a spot on my schedule.

4. TimeFrame

Depending on time of year, my waitlist usually is about 6-8 weeks to begin work on your piece. Please let me know if there is a specific date you will need the painting by.

5. Copyright

Ownership of the original artwork belongs to the the comissioner after completion. Please note that I own all copyrights to all my paintings, which includes reproduction rights.
